I found this place as a last resort hotel while I was in Bangkok for a couple days. It is fairly pricey, costing about $50 a night for a fairly basic room. It is large with a great king size bed, but everything inside is typical of your Thai hotel/guest house.
The air condition was a nice feature and the location of the hotel is within walking distance to the BTS..skytrain.
The one other problem I had besides the price was the smell. It has a strange odour that some may not take notice to..but I did. As soon as entering the room you notice a pungent smell that is hard to ignore. Eventually you get noticed to it once in the room for a period of time..but as soon as you leave and re-enter you will have that UGHHH feeling right away.
I have no complaints about the cleanliness and the bed was great. Everything seemed well taken care of here. I recommend if you are into something more private..but just down the street you will find Saphaipae hostel. GO THERE!! you will not regret it.
I was the only person that was in the hotel when I stayed. Overall it was ok and the owners are Indian and friendly. The room was nice for the price and modern. There were some bugs, but I'm not sure if this is due to being in Bangkok and the tropics or if there was a problem with the place. The smell of incense is over powering in the lobby and it would be nice if it did not burn my eyes. I probably will not stay there again, but if I need a place quickly I might return. Overall for the price and location it's okay.
